Clients meet with me on a one-to-one basis on a schedule that we set together.

As the client, you are the one who is in control of your therapy and we will use your goals as the guide to come up with solutions that will lead you down a more productive path.

Some issues that you might be struggling with may include:

addiction, anxiety, body image, depression, friendship issues, relationships, school related issues, self-esteem, sleeping, separation and/or divorce, sexual orientation.
